The processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interests of the data controller in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO and is neither disproportionate nor is it to be expected that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms will prevail.

4. Duration of storage of personal data

Your data will be stored for a maximum of 5 years after collection.

5. Your rights as a data subject

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

If your personal data is processed, you have the right to request information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).

If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to request its correction (Art. 16 GDPR).

If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of the processing and object to the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). The right to deletion is overridden if a legal provision requires further storage. In this case, your request for deletion can only be complied with at the end of the legal retention period.

If you have consented to the data processing or a contract for data processing exists and the data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have the right to data portability with regard to the personal data that you have provided to us (Art. 20 GDPR).

If you exercise your rights as described above, we will check whether the legal requirements for this are met.

6. Objection to the processing

If your personal data has been collected on the basis of the legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR), you have the right to object to the processing. To exercise your right, simply send an e-mail to data.protection@dormakaba.com.
