In 2022, Edmonton International airports witched to a dormakaba unmanned Exit lane Breach Control Solution. A 45 degree bend was added to the corridor to accommodate for the existing layout of the baggage claim area, allowing passengers to exit the concourse directly into the baggage claim area.
