82% of our production sites include an occupational health and safety management system based on the rigorous standards of ISO 45001. These sites have designated safety personnel, safety committees, regular safety training and work with external partners to ensure that health and safety standards are integrated into existing production processes.
Training and education
We offer our employees various training and development programmes to maintain and improve their skills and the quality of our offering. Over 12,000 employees have access to our Learning Management System, which provides them with thousands of eLearning modules on a wide range of topics.
