My name is Pia Rafflenbeul, and my own career path also started at dormakaba.
2015 I began a dual study program in industrial business administration + business and management, and subsequently worked in payroll at dormakaba for several years. Alongside my work, I also completed my master’s degree in human resources management. For some time now, I have been working as a HR Business Partner and am also responsible for vocational training.
Particularly exciting for me is accompanying our young talents as they start their careers and supporting their personal and professional development. I am happy to assist with questions about vocational training, dual study programs, and internships.
